BOURSE FEE       $555 for one eight ft. table
                              $760 for two table corner – two eight ft. table
                              Table fee includes electrical service, backup table, booth sign, night cover,
                              two cases and one light per table, four cases and two light per corner.

CONDITIONS      Tables may not be sublet. All assistants, including booth holder, must be listed below. Badges are for booth holders, their bona fide employees and household members only. Badges for all clients, friends, other dealers, etc. are $75 each.  (Additional fee does not apply to second PCDA member on another member’s booth.) *Booth holders staying three or more nights under the PCDA National Coin and Currency Convention room block at the Crowne Plaza at the full $115 event rate will receive a $100 rebate of their bourse fee on submission of their paid 2012 room folio to the Bourse Chairman. One rebate per booth.

 
SECURITY            In place in the bourse room  from 10am Thursday, November 8 until 3pm Sunday, November 11, at which time all booths must be vacated and rental cases/lights returned.  A security room will be operated in the Crowne Plaza from 10am Wednesday, November 7 until 11am Thursday, November 8

PLEASE MAKE ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO PCDA

Booth holder releases the Professional Currency Dealers Association, Inc., its officers, members, agents and employees for loss at or arising out of the PCDA National Coin and Currency Convention and/or any associated event. Booth holder agrees to provide its own insurance and to attend booth during all public and booth holder hours. Booth holder acknowledges that booths not occupied by 1PM on  Thursday, November 8, or vacated prior to end of PCDA National Coin and Currency Convention, will revert to PCDA without refund. Booths may not be sublet or assigned to any entity other than original booth holder.  Booth holder acknowledges being advised of the availability of safe rentals and agrees to secure all inventory in booth with chains, cables or other recognized security devices. Booth holder agrees to be responsible and financially liable for all transactions and activities carried on by all individuals accredited to his booth for badges. Last date for refund of canceled booth is September 1, 2012.   All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing or via e-mail.

Hotel Reservations:
Headquarters hotel for the PCDA National Coin and Currency Convention is the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare, 5440 North River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018. To make a reservation, call the hotel at (847) 671-6350 and ask for the “National Coin and Currency Convention rate” of $115. Booth holders staying three or more nights under the room block at the full $115 PCDA National Coin and Currency Convention rate will qualify for a $100 rebate paid directly by PCDA on submission of their paid 2012 room folio to the Bourse Chairman. Only stays under the PCDA National Coin and Currency Convention room block will qualify for the rebate.
 

Please note that once the room block has been filled, or after the room block expiration date of November 1, 2012, the hotel is entitled to charge a higher rate. Please book early to avoid disappointment. If you experience difficulty in obtaining a room at this special rate please e-mail the Bourse Chairman for assistance: kfoley2@wi.rr.com. Remember, however, that  once the block is full, it is full, and a substantially higher room rate may prevail. Also, reservations made outside the room block for whatever reason, including waiting until the room block is full to reserve, will not qualify for the rebate.
